A: All Birthday parties under the age of 17 receive our group discount. Parents can
bring in a cake and open presents in our main chalet. Hot Dog and
Pizza Meal deals are available for $5.00 per person. (Meal deals include
any chips or candy bar and any beverage.) Please Contact

Q: What is the difference in your hills and are their age restrictions?
A: The Family Hill is first to open at Green Acres. The Big Hill
opens in mid January since a large pond is located at the base of
the hill. Ice thickness must be at least 15 inches before Big Hill
will open. Snow Tubing is not recommended for children under 42
inches tall. Children 12 and under are not permitted on the Big
Hill.
Q: When do you normally open?
A: The opening day for the season is determined when cold weather
is present and a good 6 - 8 inch snow base. We strive to be open
the weekend before December 25th. This can change due to current
weather conditions.
Q: Do you have snow making equipment?
A: If Mother Nature holds back, Green Acres will use a snowmaking
machine. Please call ahead to find out if the weather is cold enough
for snowmaking.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.

Q: What are tubing sessions?
A: You pay for a scheduled session time. Your ticket is good for
that session only. We recommend you come early enough to get your
ticket so you can start at the scheduled time of your session.
Q: Can I go tubing during the week?
A: During the week we open for groups of 30 or more. These times
vary on a weekly basis. If we have a scheduled group on a weekday,
we will allow public to also tube. We recommend you call us at (651)
770-6060 prior to coming out on a weekday for the scheduled session.
Q: Can I bring food into your main lodge?
A: Our concession stand offers hot and cold beverages, hot-dogs,
pizza, cheesy nachos, hot soft pretzels, candy and chips. No Alcohol
is allowed on the premises and no outside food is allowed to be
brought in. Birthday parties are an exception, we allow you to bring
in a cake and decorate.
