Pre- Registration for our sessions is highly encouraged and recommended as tickets may not always be available for purchase at ticket counter.
Walk In's Welcome - Numbers limited. First come, first serve.
Pre-registration begins Jan 15 for: Jan 17, & 18
Pre-registration begins Jan 22 for: Jan 24, 25 & 26
If pre-registered tickets are not purchased by 15 minutes into the start of the session your tickets may be sold to walk in's. The # of tickets you register for is the # you pay for upon arrival.

Guests:

Pre-register online, print, complete and sign release waiver prior to arriving. Payment of tubing session will processed upon entering our facility. First come, first serve, space is limited due to capacity restrictions. (Arrive early, come dressed in winter clothes.)

We encourage one family member to purchase tickets and promote proper distancing in waiting lines by utilizing space markers.

Wear a Mask when entering our indoor facility. Our outdoor setting makes physical distancing easy. However, guests are asked to practice social distancing by standing at least six feet away from other individuals not within their party.

Wash your hands frequently.

Stay at home if you are sick or if you are a high risk patient.

Staff:

Wash your hands and sanitize frequently at various high touch areas at our facility.

All staff are required to wear protective masks and gloves inside facility.

Plexiglass barriers have been installed at points of purchase areas where physical distancing measures are not possible.

Daily staff wellness checks will be in place for guest and employee safety.

Frequent public address announcements to promote proper cleanliness and social distancing.

Adding signage once customers leave table to display the table needs to be cleaned.
Sanitization/Social Distancing:

Lodge capacity will be limited in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Tables and benches will be spaced to allow for proper social distancing inside facility.

Restroom doors will be propped open for touch-less entry and exit.

Restrooms, sanitizing point of sale surfaces before, during and throughout each session by staff.

Adding hand sanitizing stations for public and staff have been purchased and are available for use in accordance with product labels and manufacturer specifications.

All condiments will be self-pre-packaged.

Appropriate and effective cleaning and disinfecting supplies.
